Encouraging Young Readers: A Boy and His D.O.G.

There is so much excitement surrounding A Boy and His D.O.G. right now, and Jordan and I couldn’t be happier to share it with you!

It has been such a joy to watch the world Jordan first imagined at eight years old come to life in a whole new way.

That is the part that matters most to me.

I believe reading is the foundation of a child’s education. It strengthens vocabulary, builds confidence, encourages curiosity, and teaches children how to think, question, and imagine.

And honestly, it does not have to be one of our books.

I simply want children to read.

But what if we can make reading so much fun that a child can’t wait to turn the next page? What if robots, portals, superheroes, mysteries, and plenty of laughter can help a reluctant reader discover the joy of a good story?

That is what Jordan and I hope to accomplish with A Boy and His D.O.G.
